Kodanote is an AI-powered research writing platform that generates articles with inline citations and source verification. The Service uses multiple specialized AI agents to research, write, fact-check, and edit content on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Payment Terms
Kodanote uses per-article pricing. You will be charged based on the article length you select before generation. All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed at the time of article generation and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated through Kodanote belongs to you, the user. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may require review and editing before publication. Kodanote retains no ownership rights over content you generate.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
While Kodanote employs multiple AI agents to verify facts and cite sources, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publication.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodanote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
